As of 7 December 2022 the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has become a contracting party of the Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents. The Saudi embassy will therefore not need to legalise foreign public documents as long as long as they are already certified by an Apostille.
